Terms & Conditions / Reservation Agreement:
All 25% deposits are NON refundable. In the event of a cancellation your deposit can be used as a credit for up to 6 months from the date of the payment. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption is restricted to passengers 21 and older. Drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted. A fee of $100 will be assessed if any passenger is caught smoking in the vehicle. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
The “Tacky Light Tour” is a Richmond tradition that is fun for all ages. It’s a great way for you and your family, friends, co-workers or neighbors to get into the holiday spirit. We have mapped out a tour that includes the most decorated homes from the official list. We can make stops along the way and even finish out the tour Downtown at the James Center for their outdoor light display. Our holiday light tours start at 2 hours in length and may be customized to include dinner and/or drinks. With a complete range of vehicle options, from our 4 passenger Town Cars to our stretch limousines, mini coaches and Stretch SUV limos up to 18 passengers, we can accomodate any size group. With at least a 3 hour tour we can pick you up from a home, office, or any other location, even a shopping center or restaurant. Our holiday tacky light tours are available every night from Thanksgiving through New Year’s. During our light tour, you’ll be put into the mood with holiday music inside the vehicle. Our limousines are stocked with bottled water, ice and glasses.
In Richmond we service the Jefferson, Omni, Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton as well as all other area hotels. University of Richmond, Virginia Commonwealth University, Virginia Union University, University of Virginia, Medical College of Virginia, Hampden Sydney College, Randolph Macon College, Cristopher Newport University and many other area schools and universities. We also service Richmond International RIC Airport, Washington Dulles IAD Airport and Reagan National DCA Airport as well as Baltimore Washington BWI Airport.
In Williamsburg we service all area hotels including Kingsmill, Williamsburg Inn, Williamsburg Lodge, Hospitality House, William & Mary, Williamsburg Newport News PHF Airport, & Norfolk ORF Airport.
